lol you know bob thought of the "common cold" thing in reference to dre's "chronic" as in chronic cough.. funny shit.. and yeah, i like tom and his show and all, but he's obviously not very quick-witted and no, its not that he's playing the straight man, its just that he's kinda dumb and clueless. he doesnt even realize bob is joking almost the whole interview. ugh.

it IS playing the straight man. bob odenkirk is playing the oblivious moron and tom is enhancing it by playing the straight man. YOU did not get the joke. it is the oldest formula for comedy in existence.Stealing from David Cross on the message board for a Bob Odenkirk video is possibly the riskiest and stupidest attempt at joke theft in history.

actually it's not being the straight man... The straight man plays into the bit/joke.... Tom was not getting the joke and trying to change the subject. Or he was trying to play the straight man and totally fucked it up. Oh, and wow, I responded to tom green like david cross one time responded to a heckler... Yeah, I know that, and it's probably the same response a thousand other people have had when someone doesn't realize there's a joke going on.. like tom green.

I meant "roll". Bob's funny, that's one thing I know. (yeah I agree though the big pun reference threw bob off, because it's a little obscure and took bob a moment. but just play into bob, Tom, instead of trying to throw him off) It's like tom was trying to think of the next thing to say the whole time.

don't have bob on if you don't think he's funny..... I like tom green and all, but it seem like he was trying to do everything in his power to make bob not funny... WTF? fuck off tom and play along with the bit... It's called comedy. It's not an interview. Otherwise you would be james lipton. Create some comedy and role with the guest you chose to have on!
