at the end of the vid those people (his so called fears and doubts) look at the one they chased with defiance, almost smiling ironically at the guy... The look on the chased guy is saying like "why am I running away from them? I don't need to be afarid" And then the sides change and the prey becomes the hunter of his fears... :}:}:}
