It's configurable. You won't even need a text editor. :D Compiz has a GUI for that. Actually, at default configuration Compiz Fusion has much less eyecandy than Vista.

Linux rulesI have Ubuntu Hardy with Compiz-Fusion.And for windows users:Vista is the biggest crap of windows generation.I still recommend XP (well supported and drains less hardware) rather than Vista.But if you want something batter, take some Linux distribution :)

Well.... yes Windows7 BETA comes in december :) and vista will be unusable... cus windows7 will run on slower computers ;) so everybody will buy windows7... windows vista is very good but you should have atleast 2-3 gb to enjoy it ... a week ago i installed ubuntu 8.4 (hardy heron) i installed compiz fusion and now it's like a ubuntu feisty fawn with beryl :D

I heard that Vista has been so bad in a number of different ways that Microsoft have decided to give up all hope and have started building a new operating system something like WINDOWS7? which will scrap VISTA once on the market, is there any truth in this? Is there any truth about this Windows7 and does runs like XP unlike the processor-ram-hungry vista?
