I have always been a fan of the Hummingbirds.I AM 43yrs.old and have had the pleasure of meeting these gentlemen in the city of Phila.and have had the pleasure of performing with them to this day.If anyone is considering singing quartet this group is a fine example of teachers in showmanship and virsitality in singing and they have real good tight harmony.Congradulations to MR. IRA TUCKER AND THE REST OF THE HUMMINGBIRDS ON THEIR 80TH ANNIVERSARY THIS YEAR.

This whole era when MEN led their churches in song. The garbage that is produced today is shameful. Thank You for this small window into great singin' of spirituals.
