Karen, I have a mulberry tree bursting with fruit. (It's about 50' tall!). What kind of dessert can I make with these beauties...or anyone reading this. Thanks.

I've never tried to become raw because raw food has always made me feel cold (don't even know why). But I need a change in the way I eat, and you just made this look so yummy that I'm definitely trying this recipe (and probably some other ones too). Thank you, Karen.

Looks great Karen. You are performing a great service for humanity. Keep it up. :)

GaryNull I'm familiar with problemsburping was convincing enough for me, then goitrogen concerns which can be deactivated by the steam sample but also mild fermentation. I clicked thinking this would be closest to what I do, opening ingredients enough to tenderize each other under some immersion (i.e. Perrier or coconut water from husk) if not enough moisture between meal items. there's change for digestion frequently within day, max two. {air drying florets on slats optional too for me!} |
