The black panthers are civilized? Jesse Jackson is civilized? The highest prison rates of inmates is Blacks. Rednecks are pretty damn civilized, considering they learn how to do everything with practically nothing. The south is some of the most peaceful land, and they have been living that way (happily) for years.
