you wont find a high quality protein powder that tastes good, the ones that DO taste good either have too much fat in them or too much sugar, you DON'T want lactase in your protein powder if you are dieting. and too much fat is just a waste, a good rule of thumb is if it tastes like shit its probly good stuff ;)

uh no, he was hit in the arm with a baseball bat which caused a hematoma, and he WAS re-using his needles to drain the blood, which is a dumb ass thing to do. had nothing to do with steroids.

Where do you get that protein powder? Because I've tried others such as Body Fortress and it's completely discusting. Muscle Milk on the other hand, it's good but doesn't have as much of an effect.

everybody thinks they take steriods maybe a little bit but, not that much because his muscle would be deformed and a heavy steriod guy is that guy that had his arms bleeding that guy was on steriods

same here man. but once we get real into the season we practice everyday and i can't hit the gym much so i drop from around 185 where i'm at now to around 175 which is where i fight at. but i did the same thing when i used to wrestle, i'd go to a higher weight class to avoid cutting. and i hear you on the cardio. usually i try to go for either a mile or two jog after lifting or i do some sprints to stay in boxing shape. |
