I feel awful for her. She was obviously undergoing severe emotional stress. Come on, she's freaking sobbing over the phone. Under normal circumstances she probably would never have made a scene, so it's pretty obvious how very upset she is. Even if she's making a scene, it's not very sensitive to film it and put it on youtube.

Cheers mate. Emotions make up a large part of humanity. The very reason people watch this video is for its emotions. meh.
