To prevent overheating.3-We recommend that you only play the system for 5-6 hours.And waiting 30mins befoure playing again. These simple tips couldjust make the xbox 360 run and play.much better i know what your saying you should not have to do these but it works for me any way's i had an xbox for 2 years now

yeah i just sent mine and and like i called customer support and tsalked to this guy and iidk if you did it the same way i did but he sent me a box with a sticker on it in the mail that way i dont have to pay for shipping and handeling and he said once they get it they wait a few days and send a competely new one or try to fix it

I put the blankets onforabout15 min and turned it off and back on and it still had red rings of death so I had to send it to microsoft I had the warrrenty so that is good,but how long should it take my frieands had this problem and it took them 2 weeks is it possible to get it back faster I am waiting now for the 9th of december also is it rellyfixedafter and don't haveto wait foranother2 weeks cause ifIdoIwill get so mad plz someone help me!!!!!

it only gets ring of death cause it stands up if u lay it down it dont btw ps3 only has free internet so sony can sell more plus 60 has better games than ps3 and wii got a better rating than a ps3
