I think they are playing on the French system (Boehm system) because the guy that is in full view is playing all the high C's with the thumb and register key. If he was using a German system (Oehler system)the only way to play high C is with left hand second finger.

YEs, they are playing on german clarinets, don't you see the keys? and they are the only ones who spell Klarinette that ways.

No, they are not - they are playing the Boehm system. The guy on the right looks like Jon Manasse, but certainly doesn't play like him even at 13.
