you are right , you can see at 1:09 that front wheel which is in the air turns at different speed from the other one , so no locker.

Nope, it doesnt need to be locked. When in rear is locker, and in center is locker, the power cant escape anywhere in situitation like that, even the front is open. Only if both rear wheels wloud loose the grip, then you wloud see that the front tire in air starts spinning. It doesnt need a front locker to do that. You must study more about differentials.
