Shame you have to hold the breast pumps to the breast. I have seen a neck cord on you Tube which holds them for you.

These machines aren't cheap enough for everyone.Hand-expressing into bottles can work as well,AND can even be quicker for some. Womens' boobsare ALL different. There is no simple way withjust a machine. Don't be afraid to ask for helpfrom anyone with experience.
