ok flag men or no flag men it doesnt matter... when you crash in second and theres 20 so riders behind you do you think a flag man is guna have a chance? the only guy he could have prevented was the last rider.

I totally agree. I was right there. If there would have been a flagger on the other side of the jump he would have never been hit by one rider.

The best tribute to Mile Allesi is to revamp flagging this should have never occured. INcreased flaging. walkie-talkies. One flagger opn such a jump is the grossest insult to a racers life. THis is what happens when the AMA saves money. Sue the AMA , Mke Edmundson did it and won and now he runs AMA, so he will understand. In fact, if he is smart he is on it now....NOT.
