Who cares a toss what they dressed like? You want a fashion statement, recall them when they played the Marquee club in London in '78 and they looked like Jack the Ripper-Meets-Clockwork Orange in their black leather, booties, and Jobson's African pig-sticker walking cane--right out of a medieval mist! Their music was what made them great--Into the Valley, Charade, Yankee Dollar, TV Stars. Dulce et decorum est pro artis mori. Albert Tatlock!

I loved OGWTI remember watching this and then a short while later (when he was in Visage) hammering on the ladies toilet door of the Wag Club and telling Rusty Egan to hurry up (he was shagging some bird in the cubicle). My friend punched me in sheer embarrassment - but he did come out looking a little bit red faced - easy for a ginger I s'pose. He was always known thereafter as 'Crusty Rusty'.Them were the dayyyyz

Adamson's Yamaha SG 2000, i'd kill for one of them, Jake Burns had two at least. This is brilliant stuff. Sorely sorely missed stuart!Listen to the dross around today, can't compare with these guys, Saw them in Derby circa 1980/1 absolute game tour.
