6 days progress 100% and high amount of green leafy veggies: max strength 41 arm pushups before, after 6 days 48 arm pushups. Of course the same speed :D

Go in the forest, search a linden tree, pick your leafes. You cant imagine how good they taste. For me they taste better than spinach, better than any salad. They taste soft, nearly sweet when you chew them well and not even bitter. I am sure that most people who are into raw(also those who cant become 100% raw[Allen Carrs Method will help you!]) WILL LOVE IT. Get your linden leafes you re going to enjoy them like you re enjoying durian... i learned to enjoy green leafes so much!

I agree what you say about potatoes- just don't tell the Irish this.I think you will agree that RAW diet is dependent on sugar as the main source of energy. Tomatoes are the only fruit with little sugar. This is why I eat lots of tomatoes.I think RAW vegetables need either cooking or pulverizing in a food processor. Raw nuts and seeds need a similar treatment as chewing is not enough. We are not equipped to digest whole nuts or seeds- we have not got a "gizzard" like birds. Thanks for reply.

The raw food diets usually consist of fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and sprouted grains. You won't typically find a raw foodist who eats raw potatoes. They are high in starch and have almost no nutritional value.

A bit on RAW potatoes- Pigs can't digest RAW potatoes, neither can humans.Cattle have difficulty even with their multi stomachs containing the right bacteria and cud chewing-see belowMaybe RAWS chew their CUD ? Come on, own up ! tell us your secret !

Department of Agriculture and AquacultureFEEDING POTATOES TO CATTLEMurray Snowdon, Livestock NutritionistCookingPotatoes are an excellent energy source for ruminant livestock (cattle and sheep) but the presence of anti-nutritional factors, as well as the difficulty in digesting potato starch make raw potatoes low in feed value for pigs. Cooked potatoes make a good energy source for pigs but feeding raw cull potatoes directly to cattle usually makes more economic sense.
