eigentlich ist in deutschland beides verboten. die rute darf nur mit einer ausnahmegenehmigung kupiert werden, wenn eine knickrute vorliegt oder wenn der hund zur jagt eingesetzt wird (wegen erhöhter verletzungsgefahr). |
