Us boiled water, let it cool, that way there's nothing in there that can survive. I haven't had a sinus infection in four years since I started using one. Previously I got two a year.

It's very easy to accidentally breath. Ever been startled by a noise or something before?

No water gets in your lungs (you don't breathe) and the water is a saline solution so it's not bacteria friendly. Using this thing gives you a LOT of relief if you have a sinus problem. You'd be amazed at the mysterious crap that clogs up your head when you have a sinus infection. It's pretty gross.

Ew! And I don't think that's healthy. It's a good way for bacteria to grow and water to get into your lungs. The nose acts as a guard against water. There's a reason why the openings are on the bottoms so that rain will slick off your nose without going inside. If were meant to have water up our nostrils, our noses wouldn't have evolved this way.

Wow, pure snake oil. Basically just a repackaged nasal wash from Riteaid. The advantage of Riteaid is you don't have to have the fruity Aladdin lamp shoved in your nose, nor images of the quasi-gay lady doing aerobics whilst the river of fluid drains from her nasal cavities.

Works great for pregnant women who can't take cold medications. I thought it sounded disgusting, but when you're pregnant and sick...you eventually get a point that you'll try anything. It worked wonderfully. Pregnant women should definitely try this - it's safe.
