There's actually two songs in this video, the first and title of this video, "Kurutto, Odotte, Hatsune Miku [Nendroid]" is in Japanese. After the curtain they sing Caramelldansen [Speedycake Remix] which is in Swedish.

The characters themselves are not from any anime, but are a part of the Vocaloid Character Vocal Series...Their names are: Hatsune Miku, Kagamine Rin, Kagamine Len, Meiko, Kaito, Akita Neru and Yowane Haku.
