Thank you for the kind words. I need to make a slight correction. T-Bone Walker was raised in Texas and migrated to the west coast (L.A.) I checked wikipieda to make sure. You are right, he was cut from the balladeers of his day. acotw67, you have good taste in music.

SoulTooSoul:Very well said. In the version of "Stormy Monay" i have, T-Bone sings more like Nat King Cole,Sinatra,or Billy Eckstein. Could it be because he left Louisiana for Los Angeles instead of Chicago?BTW,clever screen name-I love that 2x set of Aretha Franklin's early jazz recordings.
