Hate to say it, but in order for a touchscreen to operate at that size, cameras are required. Most of these larger multitouch displays use either FTIR (frustrated total internal reflection) or DI (direct illumination) technology, which involves the reflection of infrared light back to an infrared camera, and to a computer, which subsequently interprets those "blobs" of IR light as (x,y) coordinates.

I did learn to read. But whenever "i" is seen on the page it means myself, "I walked into a building" = "Interactive walked into a building"?

Useless and a waste of money. It looks like a whole pile of multitouch tables not wired up correctly and not in sync with eachother, eg. 1:25/1:24. My guess is it would be broken in one night. iBar? Why does everyone put an i in front of all their products? It doesn't make it sound any cooler (iTunes, iPod, they all are useless names).
