Me and my sisters saw this insect the other day, and as you can see it looks like a mix between a humming bird and a moth. Does anybody know what it's called?EDIT:Apparently, it is called a hummingbird hawk moth. You learn something new every day

Thats not a hummingbird hawkmoth, but possibly a striped hawkmoth, bedstraw hawkmoth or spurge hawkmoth, hard to tell from the footage. Was it in the UK or Europe?

AMAZING CREATURE AND FOOTAGE......I had no clue what this was and when i saw it i called it a bumble moth.....turns out i was right.....it frighten me while i visited my family in Croatia......but now i see what a miracle this beautiful creature really is...amazing....
