i pick up my crickets with my hands and dorp them in so the lizard can chase them its good for them cause they an get exersise

i have 2 anole ,but they have to hunt the food i dont feed them like that i just put the crickets inside the tank.

you can hold anoles but it takes some time to get them to trust you and to know that your not going to hurt them. |
