Millions of Would Be Fathers, proud Fathers to be have never seen their children. Men have NO RIGHTS and that is something we must change. If you are 1/2 the reason for bringing life to this world, you should have 1/2 the voice. Fathers are parents too. They can even LOVE. No shit. All I'm saying is give Father's a chance. We can be really loving and wonderfull.... ask my daughter. :)Live for love, understanding and health.

Well, I can't think of a bigger oversimplification than that offensive "joke." Only she can know what it really means to go through that experience--and as the song makes clear, it's not a laughing matter. In the face of such courage one should refrain from passing judgement.

Sure she can do whatever the heck she wants to with her body, but what about the baby's body and life? I suppose that the baby's body belongs to the woman, and she has the right to kill it if she wants?I'm not trying to settle a debate here, but please don't oversimplify the abortion argument.That being said, I think Sinead is a phenomenal singer.

What an offensive comment! The real (and sad) joke is that still there are people out there that can't understand that a woman's body is no one else's. This song is about her strenght in adversity, and it's all the more beautiful because of that.

This song reminds me of my mother being told by a team of medical specialists that she only had 6 months to live when I was 3 years old. She prayed to God to let her live because she could think of no one else who could raise her children. I am 40 years old now. And my mother is still alive. I didn't know about Sinead's abortions. It doesn't take away my respect for her talent. Nor does it erase my emotions for this song.

I don't like Sinead's self-abosorbtion, but I love her for using a horse to represent God.
