To have been around and of the right age to attend this festival!! Where else would you get Shawn Colvin, Patty Griffin, Dixie Chicks, Bonnie Raitt, Sarah Mac Lauchlan, Sheryl Crow...ahh all my idols! And this is a great performance!

Wichita Skyline is my favorite of all of Shawn's songs. Interesting though, growing up in the 60's, Glen Campbell's "Wichita Lineman" was always a melodically beautiful song. When I first heard the brief guitar interlude on Shawn's cd version of Wichita Skyline, it immediately took me back to Glen's song. Now I know why. Shawn used lyrics from Glen's song in this video. Now I know where the inspiration came from. Both are beautiful songs. Thanx Shawn (and Glen)

Thank you so much for posting this - I attended all three years - sadly, all of he progress made for women in music has been rolled back and once again reduced to looks and boobs, and soul-less karaoke - how I long for the warm summer days of Lilith Fair. Marie
