It's possible, for example, in Canada I've seen plastic Tank models for $30, let's say a Sherman tank, the same tank in Russia is like 200 Roubels, that's like between 5 and 10 Dollars. Same thing with Airsoft guns, here, $400, there 400 Roubels which is about $20 and they're metal and full auto electric.

Full autos are legal in the US. You pass a series of stringent background checks and if the government approves you, you get to take a nice and lengthy qualification course to get you class 3 permit, which only cost about $700 a year and the police can search your house any time they want, no warrant, no cause. So no one really bothers to get fully automatics.
