People are confused!!!! This falls under the genre called elecrto house. Electro house is a sub genre of house music, that is why it has a 4x4 beat. In the 80's, electro was a 808/909 drum machine running a break beat matched to 80's style synths. Both genres are basically a drum machine sync'd to a funky synth.
