listen to him contrast the "poor tiny little democracy of israel" to the "evil bloodthirsty terrorist Palestinians like Arafat." its over the top.some cons think the whole is divided into good/evil. have no concept of shades of gray or a continuum. worse, rational people who know better simply "have no morals."these views are dangerous. consider israel/palestine: each has legit greivances as any peace process MUST recognize, but idealogues like this jerk just keep making things worse.

This guy is an idiot.

Wow. I don't know who his friends were during 9/11, but I don't see how he can judge liberals because he hung out with crazy people...

hnn: you already embarrassed yourself. You keep bringing up the Mae/Mac debacle. Yet you fail to mention that it was only 20% of the financial crisis. Which means the vast majority of your whole argument is just typical diversionary red herring bullshit.

You project those values on what ideology? Then later you say ideologies. Your post is nonsensical. You frame it frauduently so as to attack your enemy. You are making his point.

To say that an ideology with the core values of equality, co-operation, and peace, is evil makes no sense, and should prompt all of you to question why you so vehemently oppose these ideologies.

Why do you describe Palestine as an each? There is no "each" in that territory. MAny faction and many agendas. Israel is little compared to the Middle East or even ancient 'Palestine" as modern day Jordan contains 90% of the original area yet there is no blood spilled on that line in the sand. It is about eradicating Jews period. The rest of the middle eastern countries do not want a happy healthy Palestinian state if Isreal is still in existence. The suffering could end tomorrow if desired.

racer:Give it up. U'll embarrass yourself. Fannie M & Freddie were not sufficiently regulated. They kept too little in reserve. Bought too many bad mortgages. U will not win on this. It was a problem that these organizations went unregulated; & it's on record that leading Dims on the House committee fought against regulations.Franks had boyfriend who headed up Fannie for awhile; He and Dodd got big donations from FM.Clintonite Jamie Gorelick took $29mil in bonuses from FM. Dem corruption it was.

hnn: you failed to mention ONLY 20% of subprime loans can be attributed to CRAs. And ONLY about 50% of those from CRAs defaulted. The Mae/Mac snafu is the eptome of a RED HERRING diversion. The truth is that it's that DEREGULATION that you mentioned that is the root cause of the financial meltdown. Practically every economist will agree with you ;-) |
