cool video thanks. areas where crime has recently occured means that there was an arrest. if you want to decrease crime rate, stop arresting people ;) areas with no police have no crime rate although there may be lots of crime. not always, just my 2 cents.

You can't develop a real powerful map application with a mashup of mashups - cute toy - but lackluster.

The stuff Google does is just amazing! I hope they make it easy to create mapplets soon, I would love to use them in building my web business, think they might work great.
