what does this have anything to do with murder rate? lol, seriously, they're just out on a nice day firing their weapons, no harm in that. the high murder rate is due to so much hate in high populated areas, even if guns were illegal, criminals would still get them, and like a guy above said, even with no guns, people would still murder eachother with knives
