Ok well snakes do not need large places they prefer small areas to feel safe. If you put a 6 foot snake in a 20' by 20' it is going to curl up in a corner and probably stay there. They feel safe in small dark areas where they know that there is no other animals around that could be dangerous to them. The people at the San Diego zoo know what they are doing. The snakes may seem like they are trapped but really they do not need huge cages.

i got snakes too, i think small tanks are wrong, and you have to take them out at least 3 ore 5 times doing a week. maybe a snake got a small brain etc etc, but it still have sine instinks and blablabla, so its this is wrong,even reptiles should be treaded equal asother animals.
