This song is a lot slower then on my broadway book for young women. It's hard for me to sing to.

This song is truly bittersweet. On one end it's a beautiful, pristine song; Andrews' voice is truly angelic. On the other hand, it's very depressing and the chorus is very melancholy; it depicts many things; the poor, working class of London; the unselfishness. My god, this song is so unpretentious yet so powerful. It's such a rare thing to find.

Dearest Brunella... you have brought back to me all good memories from my warm family childhood. You have deeply touched my heart! And this very song was one of the many I ran for my daughter when she was small. All my love for you for this one!!!
