You right, you really need some help and if your German some beers. My father and my friends do it about twice a year. A summer sausage fest(first weekend of May, so you have sausage for summer) and a winter sausage fest(first Saturday of October so you have winter sausage) We've also noticed, that it's best to have two people in your group download a new sausage recipe from the net as well as making our classic sausage.
