I think he actually IS a mad scientist, because that was one MONSTER SOLO he created. Damn, this whole band is awesome.

Yeah, he did start off too fast. I'm glad the rest of the band kinda naturally slowed it down. It's hard for all the musicians to get those syncopated 16th riddums out at too fast a tempo-- it regained its Funk Appeal when the new tempo was established
