for the simple fact that some of them need to be put down for more reasons than you apparently know. Some are so injured that they NEED to be put down. Some are so dangerous that it's the last hope. But who are you or I to say what ppl can eat overseas when they don't come over here and tell us we can't do this or that. It's NONE of our business what they eat over there !!

WE need to make the slaghter and transport part better,less violence less stress,less horses in the transports.They are natural claustrofobic animals.I cant see no wrong with eating them ,but we need to do it calmer and don't put them in a dark corner with a hundred other nervous horses...

Aw that is so sad. If someone can't take care of there horse they should be kind to it and give it to someone else to take care of or have it put down by a vet in a kind way. Not just sell them to be used as meat. So happy less of this is happening. Hope it soon is against the law to kill them in such a way
