there might be a way to neutralize a taser. if you accidentally cross the contacts on a 12 volt auto battery with a wrench, it will spark and take big chunks out of the wrench, but you won't feel it. if you had a pocket device with brief 12 volt and high amp output, wired to you by the positive pole, with insulated sole boots, if you were tased, the taser wires or contacts should instantly glow red and melt, stopping the taser.

If Fedor Emelianenko ever tried to fight me I'd say yeah ok. Then he'd try and punch me but when he punched me he'd only be hitting like a picture of me. Cuz I would've gone real fast behind him and elbowed him in the back of the head. Then he'd fly through the air and hit a wall. Then I'd throw heaps of blasts over at him and start making a spirit ball and then he'd be gone pretty much

well... this is not a very practical situation. i mean, if you were on the battlefield, you'd have to get the taser on the person... and as we can all see that ain't gonna happen :P and even if it does so what? i don't see him stopping a bullet.. what's the difference?.. an armed attacker's not gonna go UP to him and THEN fire...

Yea it might be able to overload a normal persons nerves but if they tried to do it to me I'd just power up to over a 500, 000 power level and it explode the whole taser gun and probably nearly explode anyone near it. Then I'd punch the guy up in the air and then I'd go Masenkoooo!!! and blast him up into the air and then do like 50 ki blasts
