Can bread, pasta, cookies, pizza crust make you sick? For 1 out of 100 people in the U.S. the answer is yes. For this group, Celiac disease, a frequently misdiagnosed digestive condition, is the cause. UCSD's Wm. K. Warren Medical Research Center for Celiac Disease presents several experts including: Martin F. Kagnoff, M.D., one of the country's leading authorities in Celiac Disease research, discusses how this disease affects the body. Gregory S. Harmon, M.D., Gastroenterologist, covers diagnosis and treatment. Susan J. Algert, Ph.D., Nutritionist, shares how to keep the disease under control with a gluten-free diet. If you keep ignoring it you'll most likely die...quite slowly too. Practically just starve to death. I've been on a Gluten Free diet for 5years now. It's NOT THAT HARD, it's much easier now than it was 5 years back...there's restaurants that provide Gluten free meals, cookies, cakes, desserts, pastas, breads etc. and they all taste pretty good. Don't ruin yourself for wheat :(

Well, celiac disease and "gluten-free" food diet are not the same thing. I have a celiac disease ... thus, when I eat something which includes gluten i'll puke as i said. Now to your problem ... some celiac cases are not so "hot" ... so maybe you had it for a little time. Your symptoms are telling that you should try to eat things which don't have gluten. Try it ... maybe you are realy alergic at gluten.
