Why would you make CM Punk as Heavyweight champion? He's only been here for two years and he comes from ECW, putting CM Punk in the same catogery as RAW, is overated. CM Punk should have stayed in ECW, that's what suits him more and cause of his hardcore submission style, ECW is better for him.
