I passed thru Phoenix last weekend and noticedthe freeways were less crowded.According to myyounger sister who work for the B of A,Arizonais requiring employers to verify all socialsecurity numbers thru electronic verification.This seems to have had a serious effect on theillegal workers trying to get jobs.I can't saythe same for San Francisco!
