Yeah, I had one land on my finger for the first time today! I'll be posting the video on my other account soon. I have some of those 'Rose Petal' feeders too, but I found them too hard to keep clean with the way the base is so twisted and convoluted inside. Can't reach into every nook and cranny, even with a pipe cleaner!

That was really nice to watch.I have been feeding some red birds.They love unsalted peanuts.Everytime they have babies,they will sometimes tap on my window, telling me to give them peanuts.

I know how you feel standing there waiting for a visit and then they buzz up out of nowhere. Kind of startling until they land on you and their little spider feet rest on you. Truely majic! Nice video

Hi, Penguinsrock! Actually, they're often there within 5 minutes or so. It's worth the wait, trust me :)Sometimes I have to laugh at myself though, because I'm standing there in my own little world waiting, and then all of a sudden one comes buzzing right by my head, and startles me so I almost lose the feeder! lol
