Saw Deep Purple on Atlanta in 1968. In those times there would be five or six bands and each band would play two or three numbers.I believe it was Deep Purple, Iron Butterfly, the Soft Machine, The Amboy Dukes and The Mother's of Invention. I think, maybe it was "69" and Hendrix was there too. Like they say if you can remember the sixties you wasn't threre.
