Actually there are many earthquakes...just most of them are not that strong! wahteva caused i think its just a normal earthquake that happened to be stronger that usual

i also think this was caused by HAARP, in a non-sysmic country between China and Russia, both on the opposite side of the US\NATO.

To be honest it is just an Earthquake, Russians also have HAARP so why would you want to play Russian Roulette with a Russian.
