oh right Higgy...so the people making this documentary call them 'whales' when they are dolphins. Mind you, I guess dolphins going after humans would look kind of ruin the public perception of them being all "sweet and gentle", don't you think?

yes, correct. but in documentaries like this, they have consultants and experts to verify the facts of wot they r documenting. i cant remember them saying anything about dolphin.

These are not whales...they are DOLPHINS! C'mon...atleast get the basics right. The reason this woman was most likely attacked is because she was going up to these completely wild animals putting her hands all over them. People make an exception to dolphins being wild and behave with utter stupidity around them. I know of a number of cases where people have been jaw clapped at,charged at, pulled underwater and bitten by dolphins. They are wild animals for heaven's sake!

pilot whales can only hold their breath about 15m. Idk, about orcas off the top of my heads, but orcas prey mainly on seals and stuff so I'd guess not long.

Don't swim with the pilot whales?? Whales or any animals are wild creature. Wild animals are dangerous. Expert should have known this. This is not them attacking human, they just curious creatures.
