I agree with your comments. If you listen to Kishore Kumar or Sachin 'Da' when they are only talking, you get a sense of the depth of their voice. God bless such artists !Rajan

Great people Who descended on this mother earth I cannot forget to mention one Bhajan by the legend Mohd. Rafi "" Man tadapat hri darshan ko "" . Aajkal kal ke do kaudi ke reality show ke participants ko yeh dekh kar doob marnaa chahiye . not only them but even the Judges like "" Pritam " Annu Malik ( a black stain on his father's legendry talent.

Did you ever notice that the voices of K L Sehgal, Hemant, Rafi, Norjehan used to be so melodious inspite of the negligible amount of musical instruments being used. The voice used to get modulated depending not only upon the Sound of a particular instrument but also the Raaga was immilated perfeclly with the voice .

It's unfortunate that most of the so called 'new' songs lack substance and feelings, the backbone of soothing your soul with music. As you know, sound is the first sense to appear in the fetus and the last one to disappear in the dying man. Therefore, it is very important to listen to soothing music to feed your soul. But I agree with your comments,Thanks,Rajan Sareen

Sad to see nobody has posted a comment on this gem of a song. The lyrics are simply beautiful, but even better, for me, is the iconic voice of S D Burman. |
