I have no evidence. I read the acknowledgements for this song and found no mention of Howes contribution for vocals. There was a mention of the Shermans for music and lyrics. I find that odd and am convinced that the voice is has Julie Andrew's distinctive enunciation. When Andrew was on NPR radio, I was not in a position to call with this question, Nevertheless, it's a jack dandy one.

Given your comment, Truly's song might certainly start to sound like Julie Andrews, but she declined the offer of Truly's part in this film in the first place, didn't she?So did she accept voice-over only? Any evidence/document?
