No me gusta su técnica de la mano derecha, se le nota muy tensa.

This is one of the best composions for guitar I have EVER heard! In my opinion this song is up there with Recuerdos, La Cathedral and Choro Tipico just to mention a few. Thank you Roland for this fantastic piece of music.

I have met Roland before and he is even more amazing in person. He is also one of the nicest people I have met. He is awsome!!!!

The fact is Roland is better than anyone out there. I had the pleasure to listen to him when he came to my school and he improvised a song that i could only hope to play with hours of practice. Roland is the best The End

roland dyens composed this piece to be played like he plays it... and if you would have read the comment of him at the end of the notation of this fabulous piece you would have known that. he says that he is always a little bit angry about what is made of his piece... and that rhythm and tempo should be kept strictly...

janaki93, I agree. I liked Pirai Vaca's rendition/interpretation of this piece over Dyens. Technically, Dyens IS perfection but he's a little too mechanical for my taste. And this technician 'bent' of Dyens also reveals itself in the choice of harder, sharper sounding strings/wood combo he seems to prefer. With Vaca, you can feel his heart & soul coming through his music, whereas with Dyens what comes across is perfection through structured technical mechanics - it's just his style(aloof).
