I still think the virtusphere tops this. It may be huge and seriously expensive at this time, you can still run around in-game and not have to pay attention to dodging rl furniture wile you run for your life in-game. Not to mention the virtusphere would be an awsome stress reliever for those who want to literally leave rl behind for a wile.

i have played this when they came to holodek, Hampton NH last summer. and its not bull, the graphics are great and is not hard to handle with controls. You can make sure ur not running into furniture because in the game there is a red box which shows you where u are in the room, it's somthing you have to see first hand. The system is basicly a computer put into a backpack however, so its heavy. And if u triped or lost ur balance doing a crouch, it wouldnt be pretty

How did they get around the basic engineering problem of VR? from what I can see there is nothing to prevent people from walking into walls and furniture. |
