You're right.I hate bands like greenday and bad religion who say they're punk.Those dumbfucks don't know that they can't beat iggy pop or the sex pistols.

Everybody hated this band and this album when it came out. HATED them. Threw shit at them on stage. they played to very small crowds in small places. I can't believe people like them now. It's nice. At last.

i go to 'hardcore punk' shows about once a month, and it's horrible! all the songs sound the same. all the bands look the same. all the kids in the audience look the same. and the bands just see how fast they can play, how loud they can scream and all that bollocks. it's really sad. too bad there will never be another iggy pop :(

I can totally relate to this song. I know what it's like to be alone, isolated, and rejected. Also I know what it's like to not have fun in whatever situation I'm in, from bands to jobs to girlfriends. Iggy Pop is a true Punk legend!

Deaf is good. Most HC and "punk" these days is about testosterone and trying to mask just what a homo you really are or how tiny your horn is by having as many tats as possible, how long Yr goatee is and how many different ways you can say "bitch suck my dick". Now Emo just sucks so has no bearing. Real punk rock has no gender, race or WTF. Just telling it like it is. Yr right though.
