Can do sport in this! How long can you hold it in, when it starts!HOLD IT WM 2009.... Got a bad stomach one day, and i had to get the water out of the boat! One fot in the boat and one one the floating dock! Boat goes out from dock, and then i pulled it back again with my legs!I say no more! You get it. I never do that again..Its warm....Thats for sure.. :)
