Theta waves are proven to induce conciousness and creativity which is essential to lucid dreaming.so I would suggest searching for binaural beats with theta waves:]

SeansStoopidFilmsMany people have stimulated lucid dreaming from binaural beats. You dont get the same effect every time, but your brain is still being stimulated toward hemispheric lateralization. Hemispheric lateralization is the optimum brain state to operate in.

Mawzuki; binaural beats do not work if you are deaf in one ear. If your ear-drum is wounded you should give it a rest from audio and headphones. |
