what you have to remember is that the early 80's was the time of the "New Romantics" when it was quite normal for guys to wear make up and and frilling clothes it was the fashion of the time, albeit 25+ years ago, its what they wore.personally i think this is a classic song, and was ressurrected partly in the Pimms Advert, anyone of the 80's will know the Prince Charming moves

HEY! look its all about personal taste at the end of the day, i think adam was great, he was having fun it was theatrics and considering it being as far back as it was look at his influence on people these days, coldplays latest single and album is so similiar to the ant style, the whole pirate military/dandy image is deffinatly very much in, ok he liked his make up but it suited him and worked and again boys with eyeliner is very much 21century...

I can't believe people went to the record store and bought this. This is so irritating and bizarre. What is all of that horrible howling? Sounds like someone dying. Are they the gay version of Paul Revere and the Raiders? Frilling clothing and makeup on guys is not my idea of a good time. It's enough to give me an ulcer.
